I. Payment
Question:How can I pay the goods ordered by your online store?
Answer: It is possible to pay by following two methods: First method is by C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) – you pay to courier at the moment of delivery; Secondary method – within bank transfer – you transfer amount for your order (including shipping cost) to our bank account.
Question:What C.O.D. means?
Answer:Cash on Delivery means that you pay the amount for the products that you have ordered (including shipping cost) to the courier when he brings you your order to the address given to us.
Question:When I made my order I tick by mistake the box for “Bank transfer”. Can I now change my payment method to C.O.D.?
Answer:Of course, all you need is to send us and e-mail or phone call and we will change your payment method from “Bank transfer” to “C.O.D.”.
Question:My order amount is 55 lv. including delivery. Should I pay extra cost to the courier or this is the final fixed price?
Answer:At the moment of finishing your order you’ll receive a confirmation letter from us at your e-mail address. You have to pay the courier exact amount, written on your confirmation letter (products cost and shipping cost) and nothing more!
II. deliveries
Question:Do you realize express deliveries?
Answer:Yes, we do. Express deliveries are a Day faster than standard one.
Question:What is the price of express delivery?
Answer:The Express delivery costs 6.50 lv. fixed price for all places within Bulgaria, no matter of products quantity.
Question:What is the price of standard delivery within Bulgaria>
Answer:The Standard delivery costs 5.00 lv. fixed price for all places within Bulgaria, no matter of products quantity.
Question: I am from countryside. How long will it takes my shipment to arrive?
Answer:Orders that have been made till 17:00h. arrive about 2 days. If you have made order at Monday till 17:00h, shipping will be realized at Wednesday till 12:30h.
Question:I live in smaller village, made an order, 2 days passed already and my order is still not received?
Answer:In smaller locations “Speedy” Courier Company has definite days for deliveries (usually Tuesday and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday and Friday). In this case your order can delay more than 2 days (depends on ordering day and “Speedy” delivering days at your location). In every cases the delay should not be more than a week.
Question:I am from Sofia. How long will it takes to my order to arrive?
Answer:Orders made till 17:00h. are proceed and send the same day and arrive to you the next working day.
Question:When you send orders made at Saturday or Sunday?
Answer:All orders made at Saturday or Sunday will be send Monday (or the next business day, except public holidays).
Question:Which Courier Company made the deliveries?
Answer:We work with “Speedy” Courier Company.
Question:Can you ship my order by other Courier Company, not “Speedy”?
Answer:We can ship your order with the company you like, but in this case the price of the delivery will accord to the tariff of the company that you have chosen and depends on the weight of the pack.
III. Clothes
Question:Can I come to see the clothes that you are offering?
Answer:We have only storage space, we don’t have shop open for customers. At this moment we don’t have the opportunity to accept clients at our storage work space.
Question:Can I order Size that is not mentioned at the site?
Answer:If you liked any clothes, but don’t find size that you are interested in – e-mail us or make a phone call! From some of the clothes we can provide larger sizes, but you have to make a special order, because we mostly offer Baby sizes.
Question:I order Baby cloth, but the site says that it is no longer on stock. Does that mean that I will not receive it?
Answer:If your Baby cloth was last one - after ordering it the site will shows “Unavailable” for this product. It means that you will receive your cloth, but if someone try to order same cloth it won’t be possible for him.
Question:What should I do if the Size is smaller than I thought?
Answer:If you are not sure which Size to order, please contact us by e-mail or phone to give you much detailed measures. If you receive Size that doesn’t fits you, we can replace it, but you have to assume shipping cost for returning and receiving back (price of two deliveries).
Question:I order a dress, but you send me wrong size.
Answer:If we confuse your order by our fault – please contact us (by phone or e-mail) and we will send you the correct one with free shipping cost!
