How to shop

You can shop at the Baby Shop “Tiny Princess” by one of the following ways:

1. To make an registration and log into your account every time you want to shop. That saves you the bother of writing us your address again and again and making phone calls for every order. If you are not registered yet, you can do it here.
2. You can shop without having an account – by pressing the “Anonymous order” button, which is situated under the products you choose to buy. In this case, the system will ask you to enter a valid address for shipment, as well as telephone number and contact name.
3. You can call us on +359 882 92 38 28 and order directly.
4. You can order by Skype – Find us on Skype with Skype name “polly8” and tell us what you have chosen!

To buy the item that you have chosen from Baby Shop “Tiny Princess” click “Add to Cart” button and the product will be added to you shopping cart (respectively your future order). You can add as much products as you like.

Shopping cart content– you can see the content of your cart by clicking on “Shopping Cart” button (on top right of the page). There you can adjust the quantities of the goods that you add to cart, change or remove them, mentioning quantity “0” or click on “X” sign. After that you have to click on the“Order” button. Finishing the order pass by the following stages:

Login– if you are already registered and logged in, the system will skip this stage and take you to the next. If you are not logged in hereyou must enter your e-mail address and password, which you have registered, and press the “Login” button. If you are not registered enter your valide-mail, password and press “Registration” button, which will take you to the registration form. Fill out the form in Bulgarian Cyrillic, except e-mail address. This is important for the accuracy of your address (please fill it detailed as possible), to which your order will be delivered. After filling the blank click on “Registration” button.

Address– on this stage you choose address for delivery and payment. Here you can update your address or add another addresses. You can manage your addresses from your profile if you are already registered. After that you should press “Next Step” button.

Payment – here you choose your payment method by clicking the appropriate box, which describes the method you want. Tick box for Special instructions and white field will appear. Here you can write your specified text, relating to products that you have chosen or something about delivery (time, address, etc.). After that you should press “Next Step” button.

Order– here you have last chance to check the products that you have chosen and whether you entered the information correctly. After pressing “Next Step” button your order will be finished. Our operator will contact you by phone ONLY IN CASE OF NEED. If you cannot be found on the phone given to us, your order will be not proceeded.
